Coronavirus disease (COVID-19)

Following government advice we are sorry but we can no longer supply IT support at your home or business.

For all essential or emergency repairs these can still be carried out at our Shrub Hill workshop strictly by appointment only.

There is no admission to the workshop and all equipment must be deposited within the loading area of unit 13 following social distancing guidelines.

All equipment we receive will be sanitised and also when returned to our customers.

We also offer remote access to fix your IT problems call or email for details.

We can still supply you with Ink, new or 2nd user PCs and all types of computer hardware delivered to your door or by mail.

Printer ink.

We supply compatible and original printer ink at low low prices. All makes/models available and all ink is 100% guaranteed. Contact us for the best prices in Worcester.

Computerhelp @ Home  No Fix No Fee Policy

including Terms and conditions of payment

 

For PC fault diagnosis ,electronic repairs , software repairs we offer a No Fix No Fee policy.
Our No Fix No Fee policy means that if we do not possess the necessary technical knowledge or ability to resolve the problem or effect the repair, then no charge is made to the customer.

 

The policy does not apply in the following cases and an inspection fee  of £30.00 will apply

If I am able to resolve the problem or effect the repair, but I am prevented  from doing so by the customer requesting that we do not proceed.

If I am able to resolve the problem or effect the repair, but I am only prevented from doing so because the customer does not possess the required software discs or product key.

If I provide a clear and precise diagnosis of a failed component and the customer decides not to proceed with the replacement of the component.

The policy does not apply to work related to data recovery, third-party issues, computer virus or spyware problems or to cases in which the computer has been struck by lightning.

 

Payment & charges

We do not accept card payments and require payment in cash, cheque or by bank /paypal transfer

Payment to be made on or before collection and no items are released without payment.

On site charges to be paid on completion of the work and business accounts

to be settled within 30 days of our final invoice.

 

Uncollected items left in our workshop will be recycled or sold to recoup our costs after 60 days.
